Cancellation Policy
**New South Wales, Australia** **1. Age & ID Requirement** You must be **18 years or older** to get a tattoo. **Valid government-issued photo ID** (e.g., driver’s license, passport) is required. **2. Risks & Medical Conditions** Tattooing carries **inherent risks**, including infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and ink migration. You confirm that you do **not have any medical conditions** that may affect the tattoo or healing process unless already disclosed. Proper aftercare is your responsibility. **3. Voluntary Consent** You confirm that you are getting tattooed **voluntarily**, are **not under the influence** of drugs or alcohol, and have had the design, placement, and procedure explained. You’ve had a chance to ask questions and are proceeding with informed consent. **4. Liability Waiver** You agree to release the studio from any and all claims or liability arising from the procedure. This includes dissatisfaction with the tattoo or healing outcome. **5. Photos & Promotion** You allow the studio to **photograph your tattoo** for documentation, educational use, or promotion unless you request otherwise in writing beforehand. **6. No Refund Policy** You understand that tattoos byartists may vary in quality and **no refunds** will be issued. Touch-ups may be offered at the studio’s discretion. **7. NSW Law** This agreement is governed by the **laws of New South Wales, Australia**.
